Job Title: Software Development Engineer – SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance

Location: Hyderabad, India

Notice Period: Immediately to 30 days

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance

Job Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to analyze, design, code, test, and maintain software components across multiple client engagements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions within the SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance landscape. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, contributing to discussions, and ensuring that applications align with client requirements and organizational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, providing technical insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and integrations within SAP environments.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Contribute to maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades of existing applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and integration points within SAP environments.
  • Experience with application development methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools to ensure software quality.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP integration technologies (e.g., ALE, IDocs, BAPIs, or APIs).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
