Job Title: Creative Design Lead Experience: 6–8 years Preferred Background: Advertising agency experience Job Description: We are looking for a Creative Design Lead who can manage and guide a design team while handling both digital and non -digital projects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative thinking, hands -on design skills, and prior experience working in an advertising agency.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of designers, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.Oversee creative direction for campaigns across digital and offline platforms.Develop high -quality visual concepts, layouts, and marketing creatives.Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams.Review team outputs and maintain brand guidelines consistently.Provide mentorship, feedback, and support to junior designers.Requirements:6–8 years of experience in creative/design roles.Proven experience as a team lead or senior designer handling a design team.Advertising agency experience is highly preferred.Strong portfolio across digital and print mediums.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.Strong communication, project management, and team -handling skills.
