- Role Description: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support. Minimum 1 implementations end to end on Employee Central and should have worked on support projects as well. Should be certified in Employee Central. Experience in Implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central Service center Provide second-level support to HR and end-users addressing inquiries troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems. Should be able to create and configure Resolver groups Business roles Ticket routing rules SLA's Service Categories Holiday Calendars Surveys Customized Emails Knowledge of system configuration and set-up connection with various other systems like Successfactors EC Workzone etc. Translating needs into functional non-functional and/or technical specifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to debug trace i-flow related issues and data issues. Must have Skills:SAP UI5 SAP Net weaver Gateway (ODATA) JavaScript Jquery Named Job Posting?
