Primary Role
To prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages with consistency, hygiene, and speed while ensuring customer satisfaction in the workplace/canteen.
Key Responsibilities
- Tea & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare different types of tea (regular, masala, green, ginger, lemon, etc.) and coffee as per requirement.
- Maintain consistency in taste, aroma, and presentation.
- Ensure beverages are served hot, fresh, and on time.
- Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of tea stall/kitchen, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow FSSAI/food safety standards for storage and handling of ingredients.
- Dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
- Inventory & Stock Management
- Keep track of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and other ingredients.
- Inform supervisor in advance for replenishment of stock.
- Avoid wastage of raw materials.
- Customer Service
- Serve staff/guests politely and efficiently.
- Take quick feedback on taste and service.
- Maintain professional grooming and friendly behavior.
- Equipment Handling
- Operate and maintain tea-making equipment, milk boilers, and gas stoves.
- Report any equipment issues immediately.
- Ensure proper usage to avoid accidents.
- Workplace Discipline
- Follow shift timings and company policies.
- Wear clean uniform and maintain personal hygiene.
- Cooperate with canteen staff for smooth operations.
Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Prior experience as Tea Master / Tea Maker preferred.
- Good hygiene, grooming, and discipline.
- Ability to handle multiple orders quickly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹20,000.00 per month
