Key Responsibilities-
  • Conduct planned and surprise audits at sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Share updates on internal audit progress and objectives during MRMs
  • Quality concerns requiring immediate attention.
  • Lead and facilitate Management Review Meetings (MRMs) as scheduled.
  • Organize and conduct Quality Check Meetings and training sessions at the national level.
  • Analyse field data to assess compliance and identify improvement areas.
  • Monitor non-conformances and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with Design, Contracts, and other teams to resolve system-related issues.
  • Review Quality Plans and reports to ensure alignment with company standards and procedures.
Key Skills-
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical and audit skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in report preparation and documentation.
  • Ability to lead reviews and training sessions effectively.

Preferred: Certification in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, or related fields.
