Part-Time Consultant – ASD Support

We are looking for skilled Occupational Therapists, Behavioural Therapists, and Speech Therapists to work with children with ASD at our Bellandur centre. This is an on-site role with flexible part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions for children with ASD using evidence-based OT, Behavioural, and Speech practices.
  • Create structured, child-centric intervention plans and track weekly progress.
  • Support parents with guidance, home programs, and behaviour strategies.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic development for each child.
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide session feedback regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy / Speech Therapy / Psychology / ABA or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with children with ASD.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Good understanding of sensory needs, communication development, and behaviour management.
  • Passionate, patient, and committed to helping children progress.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹608, ₹1,780,562.96 per year
