Applications are invited for the publishing assistant internship in our Delhi office. This role is suitable for graduates who have a basic knowledge of editing and proofreading research papers and intend to gain experience with the publication process in journals.

Office Location:
Near Batla Hospital, Batla House, New Delhi

Internship Period:
6 months

Stipend:
₹5,000/month (Payable after the completion of the internship)

Working Hours:
09:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Major Responsibilities

  • Edit manuscripts so that the final text is in standard scientific English and is free of unclear or unidiomatic sentences.
  • Upload contents to the website for final publication.
  • Conducting data analysis, recognizing process improvement opportunities, and making recommendations.

Required Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Higher qualifications will be preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Required Skills:

  • Interest and understanding of the research publishing process and related ethics.
  • Excellent written English skills and attention to detail (strong command of English spelling and grammar)
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word Document formatting.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.

Selection Method

  • In-office interview to test the computer skill (especially MS Word) and command of English Grammar.
  • Kindly apply only if you are available in Delhi and able to commute to the office location for immediate joining.

Note:
This is an in-office internship and the stipend is fixed (No experience or qualification-based negotiation).
