Requirements Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer – Datadog & Dynatrace
Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai & Gurugram
Experience: 3–6 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Datadog and Dynatrace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high system reliability, optimizing monitoring strategies, and ensuring observability across applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain monitoring systems using Datadog and Dynatrace.

  • Build dashboards and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Troubleshoot performance and availability problems in real-time.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure SRE principles are embedded across the stack.

  • Analyze metrics and logs to drive performance tuning and capacity planning.

  • Contribute to incident response, post-mortems, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or monitoring-focused roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Datadog and Dynatrace.

  • Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and log analysis.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologies.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management workflows.
