Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MEP AutoCAD Draftsman with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in HVSE, Firefighting, Basement Ventilation, and MGPS systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise technical drawings, layouts, and designs for MEP projects in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, modify, and update MEP drawings using AutoCAD.

Create layouts and detailed shop drawings for HVSE, Firefighting, Basement Ventilation, and MGPS systems.

Interpret technical specifications, project drawings, and client requirements.

Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate and updated.

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings when required.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.

23 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with MEP drafting standards.

Knowledge of HVSE, Firefighting, Basement Ventilation, and MGPS systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
