Job Summary :

We are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant - Oracle CPQ with a strong ERP/CRM background to design, develop, and implement CPQ applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product configuration, pricing functionality, commerce processes, and document engines.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle CPQ solutions.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and process owners to gather CPQ business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Configure and optimize product rules, pricing models, and commerce workflows.

  • Develop customized CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP applications.

  • Work within Agile project methodology and follow best practices for CPQ solution development.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

  • Ensure smooth execution of order management, pricing, and quoting functionalities.

  • Maintain and enhance existing CPQ implementations to meet evolving business needs.

  • Work effectively with global delivery teams to ensure project success.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in ERP/CRM systems with at least two end-to-end CPQ implementations.

  • Strong expertise in Oracle CPQ with a deep understanding of product configuration, pricing rules, commerce process, and document engine.

  • Experience in integrating CPQ with CRM/ERP applications.

  • Strong knowledge of Order Management, Configuration, Pricing, and Quoting functionality.

  • Hands-on experience in Agile Project Methodology.

  • CPQ certification is a plus.

  • Experience in team leadership and project management.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
