Role Description

We are seeking a Backend Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python and AWS serverless technologies to lead the backend development of our client's AI-driven product. You will be responsible for designing and driving the backend architecture, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with frontend engineers and DevOps teams.

Technical Expertise:


•5+ years hands-on Python experience, including deep understanding of FastAPI and asynchronous programming (async/await, background tasks).


• Proven experience with AWS cloud services: Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, IAM, ECS, Fargate.


• Strong grasp of API security: OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, encryption, and compliance-friendly design.


• Experience building, scaling, and securing microservices in production.


• Knowledge of modern GenAI workflows (LLM/RAG, vector databases like Pinecone/OpenSearch, or building AI APIs).


• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, observability, and performance optimization in distributed cloud

Experience: 8+ years

with at least 2 years in a lead capacity
