Our mission is to enable our clients to maximize business impact from technology by:
- Harnessing the transformational impact of emerging technologies
- Bridging the gap between business and technology
- 24x7 monitoring of IT infrastructure and applications using SolarWinds and other configured tools.
- Identify and log issues promptly, ensuring accurate ticket creation in Jira.
- Perform initial assessment, triaging, and SOP-based troubleshooting of alerts and incidents.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports and dashboards.
- Support threshold fine-tuning and proactive system monitoring.
- Provide support for incident management processes, including root cause documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during incidents and outages.
- Manage escalation and communication in case of major incidents (MI).
- Ensure timely updates and closure of tickets with proper documentation.
- Adhere to organizational processes, SLAs, and compliance guidelines.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching).
- Exposure to server monitoring (Windows/Linux), databases, or cloud platforms.
- Prior experience in handling Major Incidents (MI) and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with automation scripts or reporting dashboards.
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in NOC / IT Infrastructure Monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds preferred).
- Experience working on ticketing tools (Jira preferred).
- Good knowledge of incident management and ITIL fundamentals.
- Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts from the Pune office.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
