About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Engineer to strengthen our Quality & Development function in the Stamping Industry. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth production through in-process quality checks, updated documentation, and active follow-ups in development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out in-process quality checks and monitor production to minimize rejections.
  • Maintain and update production documentation, reports, and quality records.
  • Support development activities, including coordination and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.
  • Collaborate with different departments during the training phase for skill-building.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • Freshers with strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with minimum 2 years' experience in Stamping or Die-Making industry will be preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and work in shop-floor conditions.
  • Ability to maintain focus on quality and process improvements.

Work Environment & Requirements

  • Shift Pattern: Day / Rotational shifts (as per requirement).
  • Overtime: May be required during peak production periods.
  • Physical Work: Should be comfortable standing for long hours and working on shop-floor machinery when needed.
  • Safety: Must adhere to company safety protocols (no additional certifications required).
