
Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Fee Collection & Revenue Management Responsibilities:-
- Issue fee receipt to parents for every payment received.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of collected fees with the bank statement.
- Update withdrawal details in the ERP, including due amounts, invoice revocation if necessary, and handling all fee-related emails from parents until the matter is resolved. If not directly related, forward the query to the concerned person.
- Maintain daily Fee MIS, verify invoices, and ensure monthly records in the ERP align with the student list.
- Assist internal and external auditors with all revenue-related audits, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Generate annual invoices for Tuition Fee, Transport Fee, and Cafeteria Fee as per the school's billing schedule.
Due Calls:-
- Contact parents regarding outstanding fee payments when collections are delayed.
- Take full responsibility for following up on due payments until all outstanding amounts are cleared.
Daily Revenue Collection: Maintain daily revenue collection records in the prescribed format.
Tally Work: Ensure monthly revenue entries in Tally based on fee collections.
Bank Transactions: Handle the submission of revenue cheques to the bank and follow up as needed.
Invoice Generation: Ensure timely generation of invoices for all three terms, covering Tuition Fee, Transport Fee, and Cafeteria Fee within the set deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience of working in school.
Qualification:-
MBA in Finance / M. Com with proficiency in Accounting & Tally Packages / Relevant Certification.
Local candidates from Hyderabad City will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
