Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced AR Callers to join our growing team in Hyderabad. If you have in-depth knowledge and experience of the US healthcare RCM process and are looking for a great work environment with exciting perks we want to hear from you

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

. Must have experienced handling US Healthcare providers/ Physicians/ Accounts Receivable

. Responsible for working on Denials, Appeals, Rejections, Credit Balance, LOA's to accounts etc

. Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards

. Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor and the Team Leader (If necessary)

. Update Production logs

. Should adherence to the company policies & procedures

. Analyses outstanding claims and initiates collection efforts as per aging report to get claims

reimbursed.

Good to have Key Skills:

1. Should have 1 to 5 Years of AR calling Experience.

2. Strong knowledge in Healthcare concepts (Physician Billing).

3. Excellent Knowledge on RCM, Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, MCO plans, Modifiers, Office code visit, CPT codes, Drug codes, Appeals, Denial management, CMS-1500 form, clearing house etc.

4. Ability to understand the client requirements and specifications of the project

5. Should be proficient in calling the insurance companies.

6. Should ensure the targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis

7. Should meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.

8. Should be accurate and do the timely follow up on pending claims wherein required.

9. Should prepare and Maintain status reports on a weekly and monthly basis

10. Typing Skills: 30 words/min.

11. Familiar with Microsoft office suite.

12. Should come by self-transport to office

Experience:

Relevant Exp: 1-5 years in AR calling (US healthcare) Provider Side - Phisician Billing.

Education: Graduation Mandatory.

Location: Orbit Towers, Hitech City - Hyderabad.

Shift Timings:

Should be flexible with night shift timings (5:30 pm to 2:30 am).
