Job Title: QA Lead (Way4 CMS)

Location: Trivandrum, India (Offshore)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with deep expertise in Way4 Card Management System, Base24 Switch (ISO 8583), and Tokenisation (Apple Pay / Google Pay). This role involves leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and providing UAT support for debit/credit card programs, ensuring end-to-end coverage across the card lifecycle, transaction flows, fraud rules, and security validations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SIT & support UAT for debit/credit card programs.
  • Test card lifecycle, tokenisation, limits, fees, and fraud rules.
  • Validate end-to-end flows: ATM, POS, E-Commerce.
  • Ensure smooth integration: Way4 Base24 Core Banking.
  • Provide dashboards, reports, and UAT sign-off.

Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in Way4 CMS and Base24 Switch.
  • Strong knowledge of Tokenization (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • Proven experience across debit/credit card flows: issuance, hotlisting, PIN management, reversals, refunds, chargebacks.
  • Understanding of PCI DSS, HSM, AML/Fraud screening.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and card scheme simulators.

Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of QA experience, including hands-on testing across Payments systems.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with vendors and stakeholders under tight timelines.
