Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced APAC IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, familiarity with APAC hiring markets, and the ability to work with global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for APAC countries (India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, etc.).
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels across multiple time zones.
• Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and pipeline status.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for niche and high-demand IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, Security, Data, Development, QA, etc.).
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and APAC hiring practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional labor laws.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT recruitment experience, with exposure to APAC markets.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and job role requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with tight deadlines.
