Job Description: Salesforce Delivery Leader
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Leader to oversee and manage a portfolio of Salesforce programs and implementations across multiple business lines. This leader will be responsible for guiding program managers, ensuring high-quality delivery, driving platform innovation (including AI/Agentic features), and enabling successful integrations with enterprise systems such as MuleSoft and telephony/IVR platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Establish governance structures, delivery frameworks, and success metrics for multi-project Salesforce portfolios.
Manage, coach, and mentor program/project managers to ensure delivery excellence.
AI & Agentic Salesforce Capabilities
Oversee design and rollout of Salesforce Einstein, Agent Assist, and Agentforce solutions to enhance customer service productivity.
- Drive adoption of GenAI-driven workflows, predictive analytics, and conversational AI in Salesforce.
Partner with product owners to define use cases, ROI, and enablement strategies for AI-driven customer and agent experiences.
Integration Oversight
Provide MuleSoft implementation oversight, ensuring secure, scalable API-led connectivity across enterprise applications.
- Manage IVR-Salesforce integration projects, ensuring seamless routing, CTI enablement, and enhanced omnichannel experiences.
Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance standards for all integrations.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and product owners to align delivery outcomes with business goals.
- Act as an escalation point for program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Present status updates, roadmap progress, and value realization to executive leadership.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Enforce Salesforce best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD for high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Implement continuous improvement practices and lessons learned across delivery cycles.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and regulatory standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- 12+ years of IT delivery experience, with at least 6+ years in Salesforce program management/delivery leadership.
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementations across multiple business units and geographies.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce AI features (Einstein, Agent Assist, Agentforce).
- Experience in MuleSoft integration oversight and managing enterprise API ecosystems.
- Hands-on knowledge of IVR and Salesforce integration (CTI, telephony, omnichannel).
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar Salesforce transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Agile and hybrid delivery model experience (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps).
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Program Architect accreditation.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or OmniStudio Consultant.
- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect.
- PMP / SAFe Agilist certification preferred.
