About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Manager / Key Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is essential for developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with key clients in the architecture, interior design, and construction sector. If you enjoy building strong business networks, closing sales, and representing innovative eco-friendly products, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts across Pune.
  • Build and strengthen a strong client network including Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Developers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: client outreach, product presentation, specifications, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct regular field visits for meetings, product demonstrations, and business development.
  • Align and schedule meetings through daily telecalling activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion and maintain strong client engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver superior service and achieve account performance goals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI expectations.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the management team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, client retention, and repeat business.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Experience in architecture, interior design, building materials, real estate, or construction industries preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings within Pune.
  • Must be comfortable working from home for calling activities and on-field for client visits.
