Leo MarCom Pvt Ltd. is seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our editorial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing long-form blog posts, articles, news updates, and industry insights across our B2B media platforms.

This role requires strong writing, editing, and SEO skills to deliver high-quality content that informs, engages, and adds value to our professional audience worldwide. As part of a growing media and digital publishing company, you will collaborate with multiple teams and play a key role in shaping the voice of our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research industry-specific topics and trends to generate compelling content ideas.
  • Write, edit, and proofread long-form articles, blogs, and updates that are clear, original, and SEO-friendly.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to optimize content performance.
  • Update, repurpose, and refresh older content to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Apply SEO best practices including keyword placement, internal linking, and formatting for visibility.
  • Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring error-free and engaging copy.
  • Manage multiple writing and editing projects while meeting deadlines.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent command of written English with strong grammar, structure, and clarity.
  • 2–5 years of experience in content writing, editing, or digital publishing.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress (or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Serious about content quality and ownership of work.

Educational Qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature, or Digital Media.
