About the Role

As a GRC Senior Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and the GRC framework. You'll work closely with business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable risk management and control measures, ensuring our control environment remains responsive and adaptive to change.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead the implementation of the GRC framework methodology across business areas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, integrating risk management into business strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management & Control Implementation
  • Support risk identification and prioritization across Fulfilled by Maersk.
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective internal controls.
  • Evaluate control effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Compliance & Audit Management
  • Maintain deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Support audit processes and drive resolution of audit findings.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct business reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Coach teams on best practices in governance and risk management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Implement and report on Risk and Control KPIs.
  • Deliver insights to governance committees and business leadership.
