We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with DevOps expertise who thrives in a hybrid role—someone who can architect and ship scalable applications with Python/Django and React, while also owning infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development

  • Build and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django) for backend and React for frontend
  • Design and implement RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Manage client-server communication, data flow, and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API)
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with unit/integration tests
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams for user-centric features

DevOps & Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows
  • Containerize applications using Docker
  • Deploy and manage services using Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or self-managed clusters)
  • Monitor and optimize application performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
  • Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Helm
  • Ensure uptime, scaling, logging, alerting, and disaster recovery are covered
  • Own cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure): VPCs, load balancers, IAM, secrets management

Requirements

  • hands-on experience in full-stack web development
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django / DRF
  • Solid experience with React, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and component-based design
  • Experience with Docker: writing Dockerfiles, managing multi-container setups
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration in production
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • Experience deploying on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB)
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices
  • Experience with secure deployment practices, secrets management, IAM policies
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
