Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Flavourist with 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in hookah flavours. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in flavour creation and innovation, with the ability to develop new blends and lead our flavour development journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and develop new hookah flavours for Cocoyaya's upcoming product line.
- Enhance and refine existing flavour profiles to meet market standards.
- Conduct sensory evaluations, trials, and testing of flavour formulations.
- Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to ensure seamless development.
- Identify and source high-quality raw materials and ingredients.
- Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience as a Flavourist (Hookah / Tobacco / FMCG industry preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of hookah flavour formulations and sensory science.
- Strong innovation skills with the ability to create unique flavour profiles.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
- Passion for product development and market-driven innovation.
