Position Overview
We seek an enthusiastic Ambitious, detail-oriented Event Planning Intern to support our team in planning and executing various corporate and wedding events. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event management industry.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events and weddings.
  • Research vendors, venues, and event trends.
  • Helped create event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
  • Attend client meetings and assist in taking notes and gathering information.
  • Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure all needs are met.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional efforts for upcoming events.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for event concepts and themes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for event planning and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Plus for those who have 1 year of experience in event planning.
  • Travelling and timing for the events Industry are very extensive, hence candidates should be adaptive to these.
