We are looking for * Loan Advisor (LA)*

The Loan Advisor (LA) is responsible for sourcing potential customers, explaining loan products, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth disbursal of loans. The role requires building strong relationships with small and micro-enterprises (SMEs) and supporting them with tailored loan solutions offered by Aye Finance.

Key Responsibilities':

Identify and source prospective customers in assigned markets.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment structures to customers.

Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation.

Conduct initial verification of customer information and financial details.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for loan processing and approval.

Maintain healthy customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Achieve assigned sales targets for loan disbursement and portfolio growth.

Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and KYC norms.

Follow up on loan repayments and support in collections when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

For Freshers:

12th or Graduate in any stream

Good communication skills in local language & basic English

Willingness to travel with assigned territory

High energy, learning mindset, and passion for field sales.

For Experienced:

Prior experience in sales, microfinance, or retail loan products preferred.

Strong customer relationships and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales, loan disbursement targets.

Familiarity with KYC, loan processing, and basic financial concepts

Key Skills Required:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service orientation

Basic knowledge of MS Officer/ Mobile Apps for loan processing

Self-Motivation and target-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and in a team.
