Scope of Work:

  • Provide offshore OIC support and development services.
  • Monitor and maintain existing OIC integrations in production.
  • Resolve incidents, connection failures, and performance issues.
  • Design and develop new integrations and enhancements as per business needs.
  • Implement and manage integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party/on-prem systems.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.

Deliverables:

  • Stable production support and timely issue resolution.
  • New or enhanced OIC integrations as requested.
  • Weekly/monthly progress and performance reports.
  • RCA documentation for critical incidents.
