We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing accounts through QuickBooks, with proven expertise in bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting, and financial record maintenance. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
  • Record, classify, and verify financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations.
  • Generate financial reports and statements as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights.
  • Troubleshoot QuickBooks issues and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in QuickBooks (minimum 01 year, preferably in a professional setting).
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in QuickBooks or Accounting (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with MS Excel and other financial software.
  • Knowledge of U.S. accounting/taxation processes (a plus).
