Aqua Mapper

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aqua Mapper, located in Chandigarh. The Aqua Mapper will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys and mapping of aquatic environments. Duties include collecting and analyzing water samples, creating maps using GIS software, and collaborating with marine biologists and other environmental scientists. The Aqua Mapper will also maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on findings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GIS software and map creation
• Experience in collecting and analyzing water samples
• Excellent data recording and reporting skills
• Collaboration with marine biologists and environmental scientists
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and travel as required
• Experience in aquatic or environmental science is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Marine Biology, or related field
