Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Explain company registration, GST, MSME, and other business services to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of business registration or taxation services (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
