Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Odisha, India. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering sales training programs, conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training. The role includes working closely with the sales team to identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance sales performance. Additionally, the Sales Trainer will provide support for customer service training and ensure that all training programs align with company objectives.

• Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Prior experience in sales training or a similar role is a plus
