Work mode: Onsite, 5.5 days a week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate should be able to craft visually appealing videos, add engaging motion graphics, and create digital content that aligns with our brand vision. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce impactful videos for social media, campaigns, and product communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for
    social media, websites, advertisements, and campaigns
    .
  • Create and integrate
    motion graphics, animated elements, and visual effects
    to elevate storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
  • Add background music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and visual enhancements to improve viewer experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality videos under tight deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain video assets, templates, and archives for future use.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video editing and motion design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in
    video editing and motion graphics
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
    (or equivalent tools).
  • Strong grasp of
    storytelling, pacing, color correction, and sound design
    .
  • Excellent understanding of
    typography, animation principles, and visual composition
    .
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle feedback constructively and adapt quickly to changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating short-form social media videos and ad creatives.
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D animation techniques.
  • Knowledge of video optimization for web and social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads).
