CTC: 7 to 8 LPA

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: Graduate in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of automation solutions and textile machinery across India.
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to achieve nationwide sales targets.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals to clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Provide timely feedback to internal teams regarding market trends and customer needs.
  • Travel as required for client meetings, demos, and installations.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and textile machinery.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to customers.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong team coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
