Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Design Lead for a reputed Real Estate Company at the Belapur location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visualizer cum designer to support the overall creative requirements of brand and business communications
  • The position will lead the design vertical at the company and will guide & mentor the existing team of 2 designers  
  • The candidate should have proven visualization and graphic designing experience of 10 years
  • Strong ability to conceptualize campaign positioning and creative designs
  • Design end-to-end advertising campaigns in close coordination with the content and design team
  • Should have managed varied real estate campaigns supporting launch collateral across mediums - print, outdoors, branding signages, etc.
  • A strong eye for visual composition, typography & color for print media (reports, infographics, brochures, flyers)
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual ability, and originality
  • Facilitate brand guidelines extension of PRPL in close consultation with the Marketing team 
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing tools: Corel Draw and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in liaising with printers, knowledge about printing production and techniques

Candidates Required Skills and Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, design, or art from a reputed institute will be preferred 
  • Exposure in the real estate industry is a must. The ideal candidate would be a senior design lead at an agency or working for a real estate brand. 
  • A team player
  • A strong portfolio (in PDF format) is a MUST 
  • Good communication skills - English & Vernac - Hindi & Marathi
