Health Insurance Advisor

Location : Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kottayam, Trivandrum, Ernakulam

Salary : ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

Qualification :Graduate (any discipline)

Experience : Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered

Sales Channel: Agency Sales – Health Insurance

Requirements :

  • 1 to 3 years in Insurance Sales
  • Experience in Agency Channel is preferred
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (BFSI) can be considered
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Field sales experience preferred
  • Ability to build and lead a network of agents
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit health insurance agents from the open market
  • Train and develop agents to sell health insurance policies
  • Achieve monthly sales and agent activation targets
  • Conduct field visits and support agent performance
  • Maintain regular reporting and coordination with manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300, ₹425,000.00 per year
