Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain inventory levels by ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Monitor product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
  • Keep records of sales, returns, and inventory movements.
  • Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment.
  • Report daily sales and operational issues to the Store Manager.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Train and supervise junior staff (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)

Work Environment:

  • Physical activity like standing, walking, and occasionally lifting items
  • Retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
