Job Description:

1.Deliver personalized styling advice and enhance customer shopping experience.

2.Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

3.Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure merchandise is displayed per VM guidelines.

4.Build and nurture customer relationships to drive repeat sales.

5.Adhere to store SOPs including billing accuracy, stock management, and hygiene.

6.Support inventory checks and contribute to minimizing shrinkage.

7.Collaborate with the store team to achieve overall business objectives.

Should have 2-5 years of experience in retail operations.
