Role Overview:

The IGA Developer will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms with a primary focus on RSA Aveksa. The candidate will work on application onboarding, certification campaigns, report development, and configuration management while collaborating closely with security teams, application owners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and support IGA solutions, focusing on RSA Aveksa.
  • Work on application onboarding, recertification campaigns, custom reporting, and workflow enhancements.
  • Develop and enhance Java-based custom connectors, forms, and business logic for the IGA environment.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to service tickets, requests, and incidents in line with SLAs.
  • Perform configuration updates, system maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify issues, communicate resolutions, and ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed SOPs, technical documentation, and resolution procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support security compliance, governance, and audit activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-15 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) or IAM technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one IGA tool such as Saviynt, Oracle Identity, Microsoft Identity, IBM ISIM, or Arcon (SailPoint experience excluded).
  • Strong Java programming and SQL scripting skills.
  • Experience with application onboarding, recertification processes, and custom report generation in IGA systems.
  • Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access policies, and governance workflows.
  • Ability to manage incident resolution, system patching, and enhancement activities independently.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to RSA Aveksa / RSA Governance & Lifecycle platform (training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing tools, and change management workflows.
