We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Project Manager to oversee, coordinate, and manage construction activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently handle vendors, materials, drawings, and project-related documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to project standards.


•⁠ ⁠Review and check architectural, structural, and service drawings before site execution.


•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed project reports, including estimations, BOQ, and site status updates.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and manage vendors, ensuring timely delivery and proper execution of work.


•⁠ ⁠Manage project expenses for each site, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure cost-effectiveness.


•⁠ ⁠Identify and select high-quality vendors and materials for construction.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate effectively with Architects, Engineering Team, and Sales Team to ensure smooth project execution.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, safety norms, and established timelines.

Required Skills


•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple sites and oversee field operations.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in preparing reports, estimations, drawings review, and project documentation.

Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.


•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
