Assistant Manager -Talent Acquisition

Summary
Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition is an integral role within Momentive's Talent COE & a global sourcing engine and regional TA project expert to work together with Regional TA leader to drive employer-brand campaigns, internship programs, and management-trainee initiatives etc.

Own full-cycle recruiting for exempt positions from requisition to offers – ensure timely salary negotiations and flawless offer execution.

Responsibilities Include
Talent Acquisition (50%)

• Coordinate and lead intake calls with People Operations leaders & line managers to swiftly identify and engage the right candidate.
• Leverage recruiting tools effectively to source high-quality talent.
• Screen and interview candidates for assigned open roles, ensuring alignment with role requirements and team expectations.
• Collaborate closely with empanelled recruiting agencies to accelerate the hiring process and secure top talent.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey, acting as a key interface between candidates, interview panels, and agency recruiters.

Talent Acquisition Projects (25%):

• Partner with leaders on talent acquisition projects, like Employer branding & candidate engagement, internship, management trainee, system integration, etc. ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
• Drive digital transformation within the TA function by implementing tools and automation to reduce manual tasks and enhance team efficiency.
• Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights through TA dashboards, identifying opportunities for improvement

Global Sourcing Resource (25%):

• Work as a global sourcing resource to screen and vet resumes to identify suitable candidates for the global team
• Familiar with global job boards, market-mapping tools

Qualifications
The following are
required
for the role

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• 6+ years HR/recruiting or branding experience required.
• Result driven person, with project experience.
• With good communication skills and analytical skills.
• Solid technical capabilities including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Fluent in English.
