Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Java Web Developer located in Vadodara.

The Java Web Developer will be responsible

Application Development: Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based web applications using the Spring framework.

API Development: Designing, developing, and implementing RESTful APIs for communication between different application components and clients.

Database Integration: Working with relational databases and utilizing Hibernate/JPA for efficient data persistence and retrieval.

Code Quality and Best Practices: Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to coding standards and software development best practices (e.g., TDD).

Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identifying and resolving issues in existing applications.

Collaboration: Working effectively within an Agile development team, participating in code reviews, and contributing to design discussions.

Learning and Growth: Actively learning new technologies and continuously improving skills.

Required Skills:

Experience 1-3 years

Core Java: Strong understanding of core Java concepts, including OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Spring Framework: Hands-on experience with Spring MVC, Spring Core, and dependency injection.

Hibernate/JPA: Proficiency in using Hibernate or other ORM frameworks for database interaction.

Web Technologies: Basic understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and potentially frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) if a full-stack role.

Web Services: Experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services.

Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding requirements.
