Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join us as a Mobilizer / Recruiter. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with communities, stakeholders and volunteers to drive participation and support for our social initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to identify adult candidates, mobilize candidates, create awareness and foster partnerships to advance our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Work closely with communities, building relationships and trust with community members, leaders and local bodies by organizing community meetings, workshops and events to raise awareness about our mission, objectives and activities.
• Use data insights to continuously improve mobilization strategies and tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans that optimize mobilization efforts.
• Identify new channels for candidate enrolment.
• Recruit, manage and enrol candidates to support projects and provide ongoing support and motivation to candidates, recognizing their contributions and fostering a sense of belonging.
• Actively counsel and enrol right set of adult candidates who will complete the course and join the workforce.
• Identify channels and opportunities in communities to empower individuals and communities and make tangible positive impact on their lives.
• Cultivate relationships with local partners, candidates, trainers and project management team to develop and implement mobilization strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of mobilization efforts.
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and communities to support impact assessment.
• Day to day Database management to generate and analyse reports for continuous improvement of Mobilisation as a process.

Requirement:

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
• 2-wheeler for easy movement within the assigned territory.
• Good network within the community and knowledge of the local territory.
