Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting expertise on Oracle Cloud modules, leveraging 6-7 years of hands-on experience.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports to meet client reporting needs.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports and templates.
  • Utilize FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and FBL (File-Based Loader) processes for efficient data migration and loading.
  • Implement and manage Role-Based Security within Oracle Cloud to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of core Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) business processes.
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective and efficient technical solutions within the Oracle Cloud environment.
  • Interact directly with customers on a day-to-day basis, providing clear communication and timely updates.
  • Manage and contribute to multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization to

Have:

  • Experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting BPM (Business Process Management) Workflows within Oracle Cloud.
  • Willingness and ability to mentor and guide fresher team members, fostering their technical growth.
  • Prior experience working in Support engagements, adhering to SLAs and resolving client issues Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Have: 6-7 years of experience as a technical consultant specifically on Oracle Cloud modules.

  • Proven experience in developing OTBI and BIP reports.
  • Hands-on experience with FBDI/FBL data load processes.
  • Solid understanding and implementation experience of Role-Based Security in Oracle Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working with Oracle Cloud BPM Workflows.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management principles.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications relevant to the modules supported.
