As a QA Test Analyst, this role is focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through detailed testing processes. 

•    Working closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and verify that software meets specified criteria. 

•    Designing test cases, executing test plans, and documenting test results to identify and report defects. 

•    By employing various testing techniques, you contribute to the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer expectations and business needs. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES     Percent of Time 
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts specific to SAP, Salesforce, and other web applications based on project requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases. Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, ensuring thorough validation of fixes.    50
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to provide input on testing strategies and priorities. Perform root cause analysis of issues found during testing and work closely with developers to resolve them
Support test automation engineers in building, triaging, and maintaining automation test suites. Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing environments and test data where needed. Closely collaborate with compliance specialist to ensure adherence to Zoetis SDLC process and implement best practices outlines by Testing COE
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of software development practices, including code reviews and quality assurance best practices. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and test automation.    10

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

•    Minimum 5 years' experience in software application testing. 

•    Proven experience as a QA Test Analyst with specific experience in manual testing of SAP/Salesforce/web applications.

•    Strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes/Salesforce CRM, and web application testing methodologies.

•    Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans.

•    Experience with Microfocus ALM (Previously HP ALM), JIRA

•    Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

•    Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software products across multiple platforms.

•    Experience in healthcare industry is preferred.

•    Knowledge on test automation frameworks/tools is preferred. 

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
Required: 

•    JIRA – Defect tracking and task creation tool

•    ALM- Test and Defect Management tool 

•    Experience with testing of any of these industry standard applications like SAP/ Salesforce/SAP Hybris

•    Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
Preferred:

•    Automation testing tools: UiPath Suite (Orchestrator, UiPath Studio and Test Manager)

•    Continuous Integration tools - Jenkins, Github

•    Mobile cloud testing tools for Android, iOS, and cross-platform ones like pCloudy or Saucelabs.

•    Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, UiPath).

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

Regular working hours are from 11:00 PM to 8: 00 PM IST or 2:00 PM to 11:00pm IST. Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required.
