We're hiring - Senior Associate R2R - Oracle Fusion
Notice Period: Immediate -15 Days
What You'll Do
- Lead RTR activities including month-end close, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany, lease, and project accounting
- Ensure timely delivery of financial reports in compliance with GAAP and SOX
- Support internal/external audits and drive compliance readiness
- Guide and support a small team, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Work with global teams and tools like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, D365, Blackline, Trintech
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including AR, AP, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant RTR experience in a multinational company
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and strong financial reporting skills
- Proven leadership ability with 1 year managing or mentoring a team
- Experience working with SOX compliance, SLAs, and KPIs
- Bonus if you're a CA or CPA (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication skills and a mindset for process improvement
