Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects, ensuring timely execution, and inspecting project deliverables. Daily tasks include project planning, scheduling, expediting processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The Project Manager will also interact with various stakeholders to streamline operations and achieve project goals.

Qualifications

Focus : Project Prioritization, Execution, Delivery , Tracking and updates

Responsibilities : Project Planning, Scheduling, documentation

Lifecycle : Project Lifecycle Management and new Initiatives

Primary Stakeholders : Product team , Project teams, Vendors, Internal and external teams

Success Metrics: On-time delivery and Revenue generation

Product Development and enhancement : Competition benchmarking, digital enablement, offer and feature configurations

Marketing Management and complaint management

MIS preparation and vendor Invoicing

Serve as the central point of contact for all debit card-related projects

Understand and manage workflows related to card issuance, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management

Track project progress and prepare reports for leadership reviews.

Ensure regulatory compliance across all debit card operations
