Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce CONGA CPQ specialist for a remote, contract position based in Delhi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in integrating and automating Salesforce operations within our company. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, you will ensure seamless alignment of Salesforce CRMs and associated applications to optimally meet business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Solid experience with Salesforce CRM, ensuring effective design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Experience: 10 + Years
  • Proficiency in Conga Composer is required for document generation with Salesforce data.
  • Experience with Conga Orchestrate is necessary for managing workflow automation processes.
  • Familiarity with Conga Sign for electronic signatures and enhancing Salesforce integration.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Process Automation to streamline business operations.
  • Integration with Salesforce APIs (Mandatory skill) is essential to strengthen system connectivity.
  • Extensive experience with Conga (Mandatory skill) for Salesforce-based document creation solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of CPQ (Mandatory skill) to help enhance Salesforce quoting solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet dynamic business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
  • Implement Conga solutions, ensuring seamless integration and automation within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and optimize Salesforce processes using advanced process automation tools for improved performance.
  • Manage and maintain Salesforce CPQ configurations, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and support to ensure user proficiency and system adoption throughout the company.
  • Monitor system performance, conducting troubleshooting and implementing solutions as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually enhance Salesforce capabilities and offerings.
