We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis III – Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Indian cooking, basic kitchen skills, and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes under supervision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
  • Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Indian kitchen. Freshers also welcome.
  • Basic knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking methods.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹17,500.00 per month
