We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis III – Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in Indian cooking, basic kitchen skills, and a desire to grow in a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian dishes under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Indian kitchen. Freshers also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, and cooking methods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹17,500.00 per month
