Hiring for a metal manufacturing company for greenfield project role for kadi location.

Role & responsibilities

The role will be to manage the Security for the factory. will be responsible for overall security, administration, CSR, canteen, contract labour management, transportation, logistics, guest house, hotel, events and welfare activities in the factory. Responsible for daily security operations at the plant, including access control, patrolling, monitoring CCTV, ensuring safety of material, personnels & premises.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should be from defence background and should have experience in administrative position in defence ( Army / Airforce/ BSF/ CRPF).
  • Should have license to carry arms and trained on mob handling.
  • Should be good in communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • should be able to draft letters/ emails with the help of desktop/ laptop
