Mission: To make financial markets trusted, transparent, smarter, and accessible for retail traders, investors, HNIs, and institutions.

Role: CTO – Co-Founder (On-Site, Ahmedabad)

I am looking for a highly experienced, expert-level CTO to architect, build, and scale this platform to global standards. This is a Co-Founder role offered on equity basis (founder-phase compensation model).

Required Experience & Background

10+ years total experience in engineering

5+ years leading architecture or senior engineering roles

Proven fintech / trading / algo-trading / market-data experience

Senior roles such as Senior Architect, Lead Engineer, Head/VP Engineering, CTO or Technical Co-Founder

Strong track record of shipping complex, mission-critical systems end-to-end

Preferred Education (Not Mandatory)

IIT / NIT / IIIT / BITS or top CS universities

Degrees in CS, EE, Mathematics, Data Science, or Financial Engineering

Equivalent real-world experience is equally respected

Key Technical Expertise (Hands-on)

Strong coding ability in Python, Java, C++, Go or Node

Cloud & infrastructure: AWS / GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI-CD

Architecting microservices, event-driven & distributed systems

Building real-time, low-latency data pipelines & WebSockets

Market Data APIs (India/US/global/crypto), OMS/RMS, order routing, slippage, liquidity

AI/ML for time-series & predictive analytics

Security, authentication, compliance, role-based access

Experience scaling platforms to millions of users

Domain & Product Experience

Trading platforms, algo engines, execution systems, scanners, or real-time charting

Backtesting frameworks and high-frequency/intraday data systems

Strong ability to convert complex product ideas into production systems
