Job Title: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources

prac¢ces and processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee rela¢ons,

performance management, ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager works closely with

other departments to support business goals and foster a posi¢ve work environment.

Key Responsibili¢es:

* Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing,

screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a

smooth transi¢on for new hires.

* Employee Rela¢ons: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and

mediate conicts. Conduct inves¢ga¢ons and disciplinary ac¢ons as needed.

* HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and

procedures.

* HRIS and Data Management: Manage HRIS systems, maintain employee records, and

generate reports.

* Employee Engagement: Develop and implement ini¢a¢ves to improve employee

engagement and sa¢sfac¢on.

* Other Du¢es: Perform other du¢es as assigned.

Qualica¢ons:

* MBA in Human Resources OR related eld.

* 2+ years of experience in HR Recruitment.

* Excellent communica¢on, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
